Job summary

Tellos, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' home settings and help families improve daily living skills.

You will collect data, participate in assessments, and collaborate with BCBAs, speech therapists, and occupational therapists. A compassionate, patient approach is essential, along with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or eligibility preferred.
• 6+ months experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB ethics.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will play a crucial role in helping our clients develop essential skills and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
