Job summary

Tellos, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will help clients develop essential skills and improve their quality of life in a home setting.

Ideal candidates have RBT certification, or are strongly preferred, plus at least 6 months of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• RBT certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience with autism or developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
