Job summary

Tellos, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will deliver 1:1 therapy in clients' homes and collect progress data to shape interventions.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient care, adherence to BACB ethics, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. A certification is preferred, along with experience with autism; valid driver's license required and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping improve the lives of clients.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the BACB
