Job summary

Tellos, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will help clients develop essential skills and improve their quality of life through 1:1 ABA therapy in a home setting.

You will collaborate with BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists, participate in ongoing training, and uphold client confidentiality per BACB guidelines. Strong communication and compassion are required for success.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping improve the lives of clients.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by BACB.
