Job summary

Tellos, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA plans under BCBA supervision in client homes. You will collect data and contribute to clients' progress and quality of life.

Collaborating with BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists, you will participate in team meetings, receive ongoing training, and ensure confidentiality while following BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping improve the lives of clients
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the BACB
