Job summary

Tellos, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will play a key role in helping clients develop essential skills and improve their quality of life in a home setting. The ideal candidate will have RBT certification (or be eligible), at least 6 months of relevant experience with autism or developmental disabilities, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred or eligible.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB ethical guidelines.

Requirements
