Job summary

Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

The role is in-person in Charlotte, NC with a pay range of $23–$25 per hour, and includes benefits and a flexible schedule. Experience in ABA and RBT certification preferred, with support available to achieve certification as

Qualifications

• Completed 40-hour RBT training or related coursework.
• RBT certification preferred; we can assist in attaining status.
• Previous ABA experience preferred.
• Excellent references.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 therapy sessions with clients.
• Teach play skills and social skills.
• Teach self-help skills to clients.
• Document session outcomes and progress.
• Provide behavior support within group settings.

Requirements
