Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in Bahama, NC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home ABA therapy team. You will work with children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.

A valid RBT certification and a high school diploma or equivalent are required. This part-time role offers flexible hours and an opportunity to grow with a caring, multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving outcomes for our clients.

About the Role

As an RBT, you will work closely with our experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans for children with ASD. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting one‑on‑one ABA therapy sessions with clients in their homes
• Collecting and recording data on client behaviors and progress
• Developing and implementing behavioral interventions and strategies
• Collaborating with BCBAs to develop and modify treatment plans
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, individualized ABA therapy services to children with ASD
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of client treatment plans and goals
