Job summary

ABA Achievers in New York is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a mission-driven clinical team serving children with autism and developmental disabilities. The role involves implementing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings, with data entry within 24 hours of each session.

Applicants should have at least 6 months of hands-on experience, an active RBT certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months hands-on experience with children with developmental disabilities.
• Current RBT certification is required.
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings.
• Collect accurate session data and enter documentation within 24 hours of each session.
• Maintain fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Participate in 7-day and 30-day new hire check-ins.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Collect accurate session data and enter
  documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each
  session
• Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior
  intervention plans (BIPs)
• Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in
  process
• Maintain professional communication with families
  and report observations to supervising BCBA

Skills:

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working
  with children with developmental disabilities
• Current RBT certification
• Experience with ABA data collection and session
  documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
