Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co in Layton, Utah seeks a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team. Your role will involve implementing ABA therapy programs and working directly with children to facilitate their growth and development.

This position offers flexible scheduling, professional development support, and opportunities for career advancement. Candidates must have RBT certification and experience working with developmental disabilities, as well as a genuine passion for supporting the autism community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Current RBT certification is required.
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect session data and document within 24 hours.
• Maintain fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA
  supervision across home, school, and center-based
  settings
• Collect accurate session data and enter
  documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each
  session
• Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior
  intervention plans (BIPs)
• Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in
  process
• Maintain professional communication with families
  and report observations to supervising BCBA

Skills

• Minimum 6 months of hands‑on experience working
  with children with developmental disabilities
• Current RBT certification
• Experience with ABA data collection and session
  documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for
  supporting the autism community
