Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co seeks a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children with autism and other developmental disabilities in Ogden, Utah. In this dynamic role, you will implement ABA therapy, collect data, and maintain professional communication with families. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of experience and current RBT certification.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA
  supervision across home, school, and center-based
  settings
• Collect accurate session data and enter
  documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each
  session
• Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior
  intervention plans (BIPs)
• Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in
  process
• Maintain professional communication with families
  and report observations to supervising BCBA

Skills

• Minimum 6 months of hands‑on experience working
  with children with developmental disabilities
• Current RBT certification
• Experience with ABA data collection and session
  documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for
  supporting the autism community
