• Collect accurate session data and enter documentation within 24 hours.
• Maintain fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA
• Supervision across home, school, and center‑based settings
• Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) process and report observations to supervising BCBA

Skills

• Participate in the 7‑day and 30‑day new hire check‑in
• Maintain professional communication with families
• Minimum 6 months of hands‑on experience working
• with children with developmental disabilities
• Current RBT certification
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation supporting the autism community
