Job summary

ABA Achievers in Utah is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team, full-time or part-time. You will implement ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect data, and maintain digital records in Rethink within 24 hours.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA
• supervision across home or school settings
• Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)process and report observations to supervising BCBA

Skills:

• Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in
• Maintain professional communication with families
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working
• with children with developmental disabilities
• Current RBT certification
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation supporting the autism community
