Job summary

ABA Express is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team in Colorado Springs. You'll implement ABA therapy under supervision, collect data, and maintain communication with families.

This role requires a current RBT certification and at least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities. Enjoy flexible scheduling, professional development assistance, and opportunities for advancement.

• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation.

• Collect session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours.
• Maintain fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Maintain professional communication with families.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA
  supervision across home, school, and center-based
  settings
• Collect accurate session data and enter
  documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each
  session
• Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior
  intervention plans (BIPs)
• Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in
  process
• Maintain professional communication with families
  and report observations to supervising BCBA

Skills

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working
  with children with developmental disabilities
• Current RBT certification
• Experience with ABA data collection and session
  documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for
  supporting the autism community
