Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co in Provo, Utah, is looking for a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dedicated clinical team. This role involves implementing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collecting session data, and collaborating with families. Ideal candidates will have a current RBT certification and experience working with children with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Current RBT certification is required.
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings.
• Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session.
• Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Participate in the new hire check-in process.
• Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

  process
