Job summary

Astro ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with ASD. The role involves delivering 1:1 services under BCBA supervision, collecting progress data, and collaborating with families and clinicians to implement individual plans.

The ideal candidate holds an active RBT certification, a high school diploma (associate or bachelor’s preferred), and a valid driver’s license for travel to client homes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home or community setting.

We are currently seeking dedicated, energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. As an RBT with Astro ABA, you’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Flexible hours, PT.
