Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is hiring for dedicated staff to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children under supervision. You will implement intervention plans, collect progress data, and work with families to support consistent skill development in a safe setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with BCBA supervisors, ongoing professional growth, and making a meaningful difference in children's lives in North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligible.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
