Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is hiring part-time and full-time ABA therapists for in-home 1:1 services in Tempe, AZ. The role focuses on delivering ABA interventions to children with Autism in natural settings, with emphasis on accurate data collection and collaboration with the team.

Applicants should hold RBT certification from BACB, have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation, and demonstrate strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
