Job summary

Succeed ABA Arizona is a leading ABA therapy provider delivering in-home 1:1 services to children with Autism in the Queen Creek area. We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and support individualized intervention plans under supervision.

This role offers flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time positions, weekly pay, health insurance, and incentives. Ideal candidates hold RBT certification, have reliable transportation, and are passionate about

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors and families.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
