Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking qualified ABA therapists for in-person, Arizona-based roles. You will deliver ABA interventions in clients' natural environments and collect data to measure progress.

Applicants should hold RBT certification, have reliable transportation, and demonstrate strong communication with families and staff. A criminal background check is required, with opportunities for growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License, or reliable transportation (Required)
• Experience with children/adolescents with Autism (Required)
• Effective communication with coworkers, supervisors and families
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
