Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Chandler, AZ is seeking therapists to deliver 1:1 ABA services in clients' homes, ages 1–21. We offer in-home, evidence-based interventions with strong support, and a transparent pay scale of $18–$28 per hour for part-time and full-time roles, with weekly pay and scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications include RBT certification, valid driver’s license or reliable transportation, experience with autism, and excellent communication with families and teammates.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
