Job summary

Era ABA Therapy is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our in-person team for 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Work in the home, community, or school settings, helping children build skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass Virginia background checks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Support clients in communication, social skills, and daily living skills.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers.
