Job summary

Era ABA Therapy in Virginia is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, community, or school setting under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Collect accurate data during each session
• Support clients in communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior goals
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers
