Job summary

Era ABA Therapy in Virginia is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, community, or school settings under BCBA supervision.

Part-time or full-time positions are available with in-person work. Competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth are offered to support children with ASD.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation to and from client sites.
• Ability to pass Virginia background checks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Support clients in communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior goals.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers.
