Job summary

Era ABA Therapy in Virginia is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in home, community, or school settings to help children build skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and reach meaningful goals.

The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay of $24–$28 per hour, PTO, paid training and supervision, and opportunities for growth in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass Virginia background checks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Collect accurate data during each session
• Support clients in communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior goals
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers
