Job summary

Era ABA Therapy in Virginia is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, community, or school settings under BCBA supervision, helping children build skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We offer flexible scheduling, paid training and supervision, PTO, and opportunities for growth in a supportive, team‑oriented environment. In-person role based in Heathsville, VA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass Virginia background checks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Support clients in communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior goals.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers.
