Admire ABA in Maryland is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. The role focuses on 1:1 sessions, collecting data, and collaborating with BCBA-developed treatment plans to support client goals.

The position is part-time with AM/PM shifts and flexible scheduling. Must hold current RBT certification, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be willing to travel locally with reliable transportation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule

• Part-time availability (AM and/or PM shifts)

Requirements

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
