Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. The role focuses on 1:1 sessions, implementing plans developed by a BCBA, and tracking client progress in collaboration with families and the clinical team.

This is a part-time/evening-friendly position with potential for full-time growth; requires current RBT certification, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and reliable transportation to travel

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Experience in ABA or working with children.
• Willingness to travel locally and pass a background check.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule:

• Part-time availability (AM and/or PM shifts)
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
