Advanceable ABA in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home, part-time roles. You’ll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in the child’s natural environment.

We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, PTO, certification support, and ongoing mentorship to help you grow your career. Active RBT certification is preferred, with pathway support if needed; 15–25+ hours weekly, afternoon and after-school sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification; certification path provided if needed.
• 1+ year experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Ability to work in clients' homes throughout the Raleigh, NC area.
• Part-time and full-time RBT positions available.
• Afternoon and after-school sessions; 15–25+ hours per week.

What You’ll Do:

As an RBT, you’ll provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills
• Using evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques
• Tracking progress through accurate session data and clinical notes
• Communicating professionally with families and members of the clinical team
• Participating in ongoing BCBA supervision and training
• Staying active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RBT certification, if not we’ll support your path to certification
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the Raleigh, NC area
• Part-time and full-time RBT positions available
• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)
• 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs
