Advanceable ABA in Henderson, NC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home, 1:1 ABA therapy with children. This role offers flexible schedules (part-time or full-time) and competitive pay with paid training and growth opportunities.

You will implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision, track progress, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to support positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification, if not we’ll support your path to certification
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the Henderson area
• Part-time and full-time RBT positions available
• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)
• 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs

Responsibilities

• Working directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills
• Using evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques
• Tracking progress through accurate session data and clinical notes
• Communicating professionally with families and members of the clinical team
• Participating in ongoing BCBA supervision and training
• Staying active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children

What You’ll Do
