Advanceable ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians for in-home ABA therapy in Smithfield, NC and surrounding areas. You will work client-by-client in their homes, following ABA plans under BCBA supervision, and grow with ongoing clinical mentorship.

We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, PTO, and support for RBT certification. Part-time and full-time roles available with opportunities to advance within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or support offered to obtain it.
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Able to travel to clients' homes within the service area and maintain punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans for each child.
• Help develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Track progress with session data and clinical notes.

What You’ll Do:

As an RBT, you’ll provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills
• Using evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques
• Tracking progress through accurate session data and clinical notes
• Communicating professionally with families and members of the clinical team
• Participating in ongoing BCBA supervision and training
• Staying active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RBT certification, if not we’ll support your path to certification
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the [LOCATION] area
• Part-time and full-time RBT positions available
• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)
• 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs
