Job summary

Glow Forward ABA in Charlotte, NC, is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. We provide evidence-based ABA therapy to children in in-home and school settings, with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Requirements include a current RBT certification, 40-hour training, a High School diploma or equivalent, and experience with children. Bilingual Spanish speakers are highly valued. Competitive pay and certification support are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required or pwillingness to obtain with company support
• 40-hour RBT training required if not already completed
• High School Diploma or equivalent; college preferred
• Experience with children is required; ABA experience is a plus
• Ability to pass a background check and reliable transportation; must speak fluent Spanish

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home or in-school
• Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Track and document client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members
• Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment

Glow Forward ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $22 – $26/hour (based on experience)
• Hours: Part-time
• Shifts: Schedules are based on client availability with M-F schedules and multiple clients available
• Location: Currently staffing cases in Charlotte, NC (In-Home and in school Services)
