Job summary

Calla ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Concord, NC. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, and implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

You will collect data on client progress, collaborate with families and team members, and maintain a safe, positive environment during therapy sessions. Part-time shifts with flexible hours and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with children is a plus.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $20 - $30/hour

• Part Time: 15 hours/week or Part-Time Available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Concord, NC

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
