Job summary

New Patterns ABA FL is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in the United States, New York area. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans for clients.

Responsibilities include 1:1 in-home and community-based therapy, data collection, and collaborating with families to support progress. A strong client-centered approach and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Current RBT certification through the BACB (preferred).
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience working with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What to Expect:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community-based settings
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Assist in the development of behavior intervention strategies

Qualifications:
