Sunray ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will deliver evidence-based, one-on-one therapy under the supervision of a BCBA to support clients with ASD and other developmental needs in home, school, or clinic settings.

The role emphasizes accurate data collection, collaboration with families, flexible scheduling, and ongoing training. Travel may be required within the local area, with supervision and mentorship provided.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
  • Current RBT certification.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for sessions.

Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental conditions. This role involves delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based therapy to help clients achieve their behavioral and developmental goals.
