Job summary

Sunray ABA in Colorado is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our compassionate team. Under BCBA supervision, you will deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy to clients with ASD and other developmental conditions in home, school, or clinic settings.

Responsibilities include 1:1 therapy, implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and maintaining open communication with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current RBT certification is required/preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Must be able to travel locally for sessions.

Job Overview: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental conditions. This role involves delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy to help clients achieve their behavioral and developmental goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Attend regular supervision sessions and training as required.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and standards outlined by the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board).

Qualifications
