Sunray ABA in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will provide 1:1 sessions in home, school, or clinic, follow treatment plans and BIPs, and collect data on progress.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and current RBT certification; strong communication and teamwork are essential. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally are required.

Job Overview: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental conditions. This role involves delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy to help clients achieve their behavioral and developmental goals.

Key Responsibilities
