New Patterns ABA FL is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (Part-Time) to join our team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering individualized treatment plans in clients' homes and community settings.

The role emphasizes data collection, progress tracking, and collaboration with families and team members. A high school diploma is required; RBT certification is preferred. Flexible part-time hours are available.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required.

What to expect:

• We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community based settings
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Assist in the development of behavior intervention strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required);
• Current RBT certification through the BACB(preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred).
