Job summary

Kennedy ABA in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home or in-school, under BCBA-designed plans. You will collect data and support client progress while collaborating with families and the team.

The position offers flexible, part-time shifts up to 30 hours per week with pay ranging from $25–$30 per hour, plus paid training, certification assistance, and opportunities for advancement; local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a must.
• Ability to pass background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
