Job summary

Allied Pediatric Therapy, a Finni Health company, is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in Montgomery, AL. You will work afternoons and evenings, delivering individualized therapy under BCBA supervision and tracking progress with families and clients.

You will collect data, support essential life and communication skills, and participate in ongoing training to enhance your ABA practice in a supportive setting where client safety and HIPAA

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with data collection and ABA terminology is preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices is required.
• Experience with behavior management strategies and ABA techniques is preferred.
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field is beneficial.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education

Qualifications
