Allied Pediatric Therapy, a Finni Health company, seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in Hoover, Alabama. You will implement treatment plans, collect session data, and help clients develop life, communication, and social skills in a supportive setting.

The role offers a full-time schedule (30+ hours/week), limited to weekdays (Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–6:00 PM), with competitive pay ($18.00–$20.00 per hour) and opportunities for BCBA/BCaBA

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices are required.
• Experience with data collection is preferred.
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field is beneficial.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals

Qualifications

• RBT Certification (required)
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)
• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)
