Job summary

Evolution Behavioral Health Service in Alexandria, VA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, implement treatment plans, and help clients develop communication and daily living skills in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

  • Current RBT Certification (preferred)
  • Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
  • Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
  • Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)
  • A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)

Location: In-person – Alexandria, Virginia

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Schedule: Weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and one weekday

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.
