Job summary

Allied Pediatric Therapy, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Montgomery, Alabama. This part-time role involves delivering one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA to support skill development, communication, and independence for clients.

You will collect session data, implement treatment plans, and maintain professional, confidential practice while collaborating with families and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology is preferred.
• HIPAA regulations and confidentiality must be understood.
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field is beneficial.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs is preferred.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals

Qualifications
