Job summary

Allied Pediatric Therapy, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy in Hoover, Alabama. You will work one-on-one with clients under BCBA supervision to support skill development, communication, and independence.

The role offers a 30+ hour workweek, Monday–Friday, with competitive pay of $18.00-$20.00 per hour, ongoing supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification, and health, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification required.
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology preferred.
• HIPAA privacy and confidentiality knowledge required.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field beneficial.

About the Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
