Behavioral Bridges, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in-person in Burlington, North Carolina. The role provides one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision, helping clients develop communication, life and social skills in a structured setting.

Pay is $25.00 to $28.00 per hour for part-time hours (3:00 PM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday). Benefits include supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification, health/dental/vision insurance for eligible employees,

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs is preferred.
• Experience with data collection and ABA terminology is preferred.

This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification (required)

• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)
• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)
