Allied Pediatric Therapy, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Montgomery, AL. This part-time, in-person role supports one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision to develop life, communication, and social skills.

You will collect session data, follow treatment plans, and contribute to client progress while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology preferred.
• HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices required.
• Experience with behavior management strategies and ABA techniques preferred.
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field beneficial.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
