Job summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for after-school, part-time sessions. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children, under BCBA supervision, focusing on communication, social interaction, play, and daily living skills to promote independence.

You’ll join a clinician-led team with strong BCBA mentorship and ongoing professional development, plus flexible scheduling and supportive leadership that values your growth.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required).
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a passion for working with children with disabilities.
