Achieve ABA Therapy Group in Aurora, CO is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support after-school sessions. You will provide high-quality ABA therapy one-on-one with children and work under BCBA supervision.

We offer competitive hourly pay from $28 to $33, PTO for all staff, robust BCBA mentorship, monthly professional development, mileage reimbursement, and a $500 sign-on bonus after 180 billable hours. Join a supportive, clinician-led team.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required).
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• A passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to build rapport, engage clients, and make learning fun.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy to children.
• Work closely with families and supervising BCBA to support child progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA and other staff for supervision and guidance.
• Maintain accurate session notes, data collection, and scheduling.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols.
