Job summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Colorado Springs. You will deliver high-quality one-on-one ABA therapy to support children’s communication, social, play, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.

The role offers part-time hours with morning and after-school availability, competitive hourly pay, and strong mentorship. PTO, benefit options, mileage reimbursement, and sign-on bonus provide additional support for your growth.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required).
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• A passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to build rapport, engage clients, and make learning fun.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work both independently and as part of a team.
