Job summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support after-school ABA therapy programs. You will work one-on-one with children, guided by a BCBA, delivering targeted learning and behavior support in a caring, collaborative environment.

We offer strong BCBA mentorship, ongoing monthly professional development, and flexible scheduling. Benefits include PTO, sign-on bonus after 180 billable hours, mileage reimbursement, 401(k) and health/dental/vision

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Passion for working with children with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Help children develop communication, social, daily living, and independence skills.
• Collaborate with families and supervising BCBA to support progress.
